WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Information Security Management System Expert (QHSE) Join our client's team as a Information Security Management System Expert (QHSE) in Frascati, Italy.
You'll collaborate with directors, ensuring compliance and efficacy across various management systems.
Your role involves documentation maintenance, internal audits, and coordination of activities across Europe.
We are seeking for strong analytical skills, experience in risk management, and a keen understanding of industry regulations.
YOUR TASKS Cooperate with the SE QHSE Director in the development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), IT Service Management Systems (IT SMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE); Cooperate with the SE QHSE Director for consistency and assurance of whole ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE against relevant requirements; Ensure that the documentation, concerning the procedures or certifications, records and reporting is available and updated and monitor their implementation; Ensure that all systems records are kept and available (ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE); Ensure that records of certification and relevant systems are available at the requested date, arranging to give instructions for picking it up and sending it to the point agreed; Update ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE as defined by the SE QHSE Director; Guarantee ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE process approach; Execute internal audits in order to verify, control & report conformance and effectiveness of the ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE against scope & requirements; Attend to ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE certifications and maintenance activities; Notify to SE QHSE Director if non-conformance is in place in order to guarantee systems continual control; Create and update a file summarising all non-conformities, corrective and preventative actions; Create and update a file summarising all non-conformities and deviation/concession requests communicated to Customer; Coordinate CMP activities across Europe YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Good knowledge of current informatics systems (Windows, Office Package, Lotus Notes, Visio, Adobe) Good knowledge of Informatic Security Management System principles (ISO 27001) Good Knowledge of IT Service Management Systems principles (ISO 20000-1) Good Knowledge of Quality Management System principles (ISO 9001) Basic Knowledge of H&S Systems, including relevant Italian legislation (ISO 45001) Basic Knowledge of Environmental Systems principles (ISO 14001 and EMAS) Good knowledge of English Good knowledge of French and/or German will be considered a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in risk management and assessment methodologies Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs EXTRA INFORMATION Work location: Frascati (Roma, Italy) Permanent contract with competitive salary and benefits competitive package and company events Full-time contract The competence level will be tested during interview.
