The Information Security Analyst in the Information Security Office of Allianz Technology S.p.A. contributes to the achievement of the goals of the department by supporting the local ISO Manager in the development and implementation of the cyber security strategy. The Information Security Analyst interacts with all the other relevant stakeholders (e.g. software development teams, Infrastructure management Teams, Information Security Functions among client companies) delivering Information Security related tasks and providing support in ensuring control assurance for all services Allianz Technology provides to its customers. Activities comprehend, among others, gap analysis of security policies in place vs. target ones, support in the development of proposals for measures to close gaps to minimum requirements, tracking on measure closing process and continuous report of status, development of support material to ensure correct understanding and training of all relevant process contributors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Information Security Analyst's responsibilities include:
Supporting the local ISO manager in regular activities and security operations oversightPerforming security risk identification and assessments phasesEnsuring the monitoring of the risks through GRC tools and performing control assessments against Allianz control frameworkConducting third party security risk assessmentsSupporting the annual assurance process for their area of responsibility and ensuring timely delivery of resultsHelping information gathering during auditsProviding and maintaining Information Security Dashboards KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Degree in Computer Science or other scientific subjects or specialized in Information SecurityGood experience in Information Security Governance (between 2 and 5 years)Experienced in conducting security risk assessmentsExperienced in Security frameworksApplying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as consulting, communication and collaboration skills with autonomyAn understanding of the three lines of defense model and relationship of the InfoSec with other control functions would be an advantageInfoSec certification (international / local) would be a plusProven experience of using the COBIT control framework would be a plusFluent in Italian and EnglishLocation: Milan or Trieste
