Role Purpose Hands-on resource to deliver installation, configuration, integration, training and troubleshooting services for AlinIQ products.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines24 years of relevant experience installing, configuring and/or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications.Special Skills & Knowledge Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologiesDemonstrated understanding of one or more products such as laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems used in diagnostics laboratoriesHands-on experience implementing, configuring, training and supporting one or more laboratory information systems mentioned above is highly desirableAble to execute assigned tasks satisfactorily with a high degree of commitment and quality, independentlyTechnical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, MS Project/ SmartSheetKey Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer-facing capabilitiesAttention to detail and a concern for qualityAble to innovate and willing to bring ideas forward, escalate issues and risks in a positive wayKey Accountabilities Become a trusted advisor to customersIdentify customer needs, propose solutions, and resolve problemsProvide feature/product enhancement input based on customer feedbackMaintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer serviceExecute project work plans with a focus on timely completion & risk mitigationTrack and report on assigned project aspects on a regular basisConfigure and integrate products to customer specifications; deliver trainingProvide customer support assistance, as neededRevise and keep up to date, all project documents and systems of recordParticipate in team and customer meetings effectively
