Your ChallengesAnalyzing industry evolution driven by technological transformation;Analyzing and deploying the impacts of technology on Products, Processes, Services and Organizations in different industries to design specific programs to support Client's transformation;Understanding Client's needs and design short-medium-long term transformation programs to bring continuous improvement and concrete value;Interacting with Client's, Continuous Production, Operation, Maintenance, Engineering, IT and IoT departments, and 3rd parties, being able to translate Clients' business requirements into reality;Managing consulting projects focusing on Industry Transformation across different Industries (Infrastructure and Utilities, Energy, Oil&Gas, Pulp&Paper, Steel, Food&Beverage Industry, OT,… );Ensuring alignment on key methodologies, technologies, products and capabilities adopted by clients in transforming engineering and operation activities;Designing strategic roadmaps and ecosystems to support the business transformation by fostering innovation with new ideas, use cases, best practices and methodologies, capabilities and technologies;Demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities, inspiring, guiding, and motivating team members towards achieving delivery goals.Key Responsibilities:Deliver specific consulting and training activities at Client site managing interactions with Client too;Support Managers and Leadership in pursuing new opportunities;Support knowledge creation, develop best practices and successful use cases.#LI-EULe tue caratteristicheWhy would we choose you?

Check out what you need to succeed:Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations (Process, Process Engineering,…) within main industries (Infrastructure and Utilities, Energy, Oil&Gas, Pulp&Paper, Steel, Food&Beverage Industry, OT,…), preferably Oil&Gas.Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence knowledge acquired/applied (WCM, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM…)A Computer, Automation or Management Engineering or Economics Master's degree;Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset;Logical thinking with problem solving skills to drive continuous improvement.Experience on collaborations with international Delivery Centers.Experience on Organizing & Managing workshops and requirements gathering.Experience with platform designed to provide centralized and unified visualization of industrial operations by real-time data integration from various sources (Preferably AVEVA UOC)Experience on HMI, dashboard and real-time monitoring system.Experience on Data Gathering for UX/UI and UX/UI mockup design.Experience on Defining use cases, templates and analytics.Experience on Data gathering for integration with third party systems.Experience on Data integration and custom business logic.Knowledge of data interface protocols (OPC, API, ...).Knowledge of Microsoft Full stack development background.
