Primary Purpose of Role
He/She will have the objective to identify and facilitate the benefits of advanced Fab4.0 technologies that will enable self-optimization of the connected assets on the AIT production line(s). He/She will coordinate optimization plan coming from digital transformation supporting/suggesting methods to improve ongoing programs schedule and costs related to AIT activities.
Principal Relationships Relationships will be required to be built and maintained with the following principals:
AIT Transnational Director AIT Departments Operations Information System and Digital CC Business Lines CFO Key Responsibilities and tasks Contribution to: Leading the design and deployment of a variety of automated manufacturing capabilities inside AIT perimeter, including fully integrated manufacturing systems of both legacy and ERP/MES systems. Working with the production team to manage the supply chain upstream and downstream requirements for unique configurations of products/processes that come into the factory through automated offer/demand planning, e-portals, and connected process in the plant. Drive the AIT production line capability to analyze and evolve the systems to ensure constant improvement is maintained at the highest level by means of dedicated KPI's. Support business plan execution in the Space Factory deployment (spaces, AIT capacity/capabilities, new assets,…) Support business plan execution to fit PNRR opportunities Contribute to the PNRR Space Factory proposal and to find potential partner of Italian Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators KPIs for the role will be specifically developed with the role holder however these will cover:
On Going Programs Schedule and Economical improvements Manufacturing KPI for micro/nano satellites Experience and Skills The following is necessary for the role:
Experience in Business Intelligence solutions for both Analytics/Big Data and reporting Skills in supply chain, design, production and logistic. Experience in Cloud solutions and Cyber Security Coaching and motivation skills about Innovation and Digital Transformation The following would be an asset:
Expertise in Project Management with IS/IT competencies. Experience of working in a multi-discipline team environment with project pressures. Education & Qualifications Management Engineering degree or equivalent is needed. Qualification with focus on Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Experience with industrial automation, programming, IT and ERP/MES systems.
