ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL).
As an Industrialization Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and manage the introduction of new products.
Main responsibilities: Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, by working with technical office, quality, tooling engineering Verify the work cycle of the components using the data that came from the pre-series area Verify the accuracy of the BOM Verification of correctness of work cycle declared by avanserie; Verification of correctness of the bill of materials; Field inspection of workpieces by interfacing with: department head, shift leader, area manager, and quality department Execution of tests in the department Interface with shop floor for execution and validation of tests; Interface with UT for component design; Verification of eyeglass status transitions.
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You have a Degree in Engineering You have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environment Good Knowledge of MS Office You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and inspire people to be proactive too!
