ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB As Industrialization Engineer you will have the opportunity to be part of the Industrialization team of our Sun Lenses Business Unit. Mission of the role will be to develop and validate processes for new products or for new declinations of existing products. You will have the following responsibilities, focused on a dedicated finishing technology and on chemical processes: New products and processes delivery to manufacturing on time for production Following inputs from T4 and prototyping team for new declinations or new products and following inputs from R&D team for new processes, to build a solid and stable process flow to obtain products in compliance with our internal qualitative standards To lead process improvements where machines and process modifications are required PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
