Job Title: Industrialization Engineer - Chemistry Coating JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrialization Engineer specializing in Chemistry Coating to join our dynamic team.
As an Industrialization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the production process by writing technical specifications for equipment, analyzing technical offers, ensuring equipment design conformity, and overseeing equipment construction, commissioning, and acceptance.
Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the industrialization process.
RESPONSIBILITIES Write technical specifications for equipment based on product requirements and initiate supplier consultations.
Analyze technical offers and actively participate in making informed technical and economic choices.
Ensure the conformity of equipment design with specifications, validating deliverables such as risk analysis, electrical diagrams, PID, etc.
Define the list of equipment spare parts and monitor equipment manufacturing progress in collaboration with suppliers.
Validate Buildings/Utilities/Equipment interfaces to anticipate and resolve potential installation issues.
Define comprehensive tests to be conducted on the equipment during the acceptance phase.
Conduct provisional and final acceptance of the equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, cost, quality, and deadline standards.
Supervise the construction, commissioning, and acceptance of equipment, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and project deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in General Engineering or Process Engineering.
Fluent in English (essential requirement).
Minimum 7 years of professional experience related to coating processes.
Experience in starting machines/processes, with expertise in physico-chemical processes of thin film deposition and drying.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, particularly in large series production (e.g., batteries, automotive, medical, etc.).
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and associated standards (ISO class 6 and 7).
Ability to handle CMR and ATEX products.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with product/process teams and HSE department.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS Previous experience in the field of industrial equipment on large series production lines.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects in cleanroom environments.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards pertaining to industrial equipment and coating processes.
