Partner with the best As an Industrial Relations Specialist, you will join the Industrial Relations Team, focused on Union relations and exposed to a whole range of areas such as Company Policies Processes analysis and practical application of current legislation (in particular, labor and employment).
You will cooperate, consult, and interact with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels, support in technical communication structuring, assure application of current Company agreements, and develop industrial relations projects through deep analysis, providing a strong contribution to industrial relations matters for your career path.
As an Industrial Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for: Supporting the Union Relations Manager in implementing and supporting industrial relations strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders, leading special projects that require dialogue and negotiation with internal stakeholders and unions.
Supporting the implementation of business strategies focused on conflict prevention with key Functions, through proactive analysis of the company environment.
Providing day-to-day union relations support, including the negotiation of all collective bargaining agreements and dispute resolution.
Providing support to management, internal functions, and employees on the Company contract and CBA application.
Conducting disciplinary actions and investigations.
Drafting internal communications to all employees having direct or indirect potential contractual/industrial relations impact on all matters related.
Analyzing Labor Law updates and assisting in application, providing updates and guidance to internal functional teams, and supporting them on employee relations issues, providing people leaders with tools for implementing initiatives when required by impacts on Union matters.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor's Degree (Law / Economics / Political Sciences).
Strong interest and highly motivated in developing a career path in Industrial Relations.
Organized, with excellent problem-solving and time management capabilities.
Passionate about Industrial Relations matters and interested in investigating issues related to both legislation and the administrative field, to build a complete professionalism in the field of industrial relations.
Listening orientation and capable of managing the topics covered with reliability and confidentiality.
Ownership-oriented, curious, proactive, flexible, fast in learning, and with good interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
MS Office package (Outlook/Teams/Excel/Word/PowerPoint) skills.
EU work permit.
