Cosa faraiReporting directly to the Head of HR, the Industrial Relations Manager is responsible to oversee and enhance VST's labour relation strategy guaranteeing positive employee relations within the organization. He/she plays a crucial role in promoting a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns, handling Labour disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
It's going to act as Industrial & Labour law single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.
Chi seiStrong knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations as well as HR policies & proceduresExcellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
