Location: Savigliano, Italy
The candidate will be part of the Industrial Quality team and will report to the Project Industrial Quality Manager.
Responsibilities:Perform tests on Car bodyshell components (aluminium alloy) & bogies mainly with UT Phased Array TFM techniques, MT, VT and PT.Support and coach ND technicians to perform ND controls during production in order to increase capability.Support special process and industrialization department (EWE and IWE) experts to define right methodology checks vs technical application.Cooperate with L3 expert to optimize control techniques; define and formalize ND test procedure.Conduct statistical data analysis on processes to support Industrial Quality control & problem-solving methodology.Ensure ZERO DEFECT PROGRAM addressing root cause analysis on welding defects.Manage the NDT patent expiration for all ND technician team vs 3rd part assessor.Perform Workstation audits planning, ensure follow-up & management of relevant action plans.Performance Measurements:Serial quality control and spot control done in compliance with scheduled plan.Welding defect reduction trend within the quarterly period and in line with target.100% of qualification maintained on ND population.Plus:Qualification extension on Railways maintenance (ANSFISA guideline) on all ND methodology.Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).Excel VBA and Macro.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
