**Entity and activity description**
The South West Europe Cluster currently brings together nearly 4,000 people in more than 150 sites in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

**Missions and Responsibilities**
As part of the South West Europe LI Industrial Direction team, the Industrial Project Management Office Team leads the deployment of the selected projects (efficiency, reliability, renewal....), bringing value to our operations.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of industrial projects & perform projects at local level, national common projects and may be called to manage projects in an international context within the cluster.
You will:
- develop proposals for a technical solution in compliance with AL standards and in collaboration with the sites and all the stakeholders,
- challenge the choice and the proposals of the key subcontractors,
- particularly ensure interface with the engineering or support implementation of these projects,
- ensure the realization of these projects in accordance with the IMS,
- supervise these projects and decide on the methodology to be deployed.
All these missions aim at ensuring the efficient project realization (quality, cost, deadlines and security) to guarantee the availability and reliability of our installations.
**Competencies and Profile**
Master's degree in chemical/energy/ mechanical engineering.
Project Management Skills
Multidisciplinary skills (process, electricity, instrumentation, mechanics)
4 or 5 years of experience in similar role
English fluent
**Additional information**
Based in Milan, frequent trips to all of the Cluster's sites are to be expected, as well as to suppliers and international networks.
