Purpose of Position: IRCA is looking for an Industrial Product Costing Controller with knowledge of standard costing to support operational management, in compliance with Group standards, rules and procedures. This requires a deep understanding of a Standard Costing environment within manufacturing and/or food industries.
The role will work closely with various departments to create an in-depth picture of the finances of a business and develop an understanding of decision-making and adding value to the business.
Main Activities / Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of Product Costing and Standards.Coordinate across plant controllers and senior management of the business.Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance.Provide analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies.Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiate change, to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered.Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams.Harmonize and standardize the financial monitoring of the production sites via KPIs and reporting and ensure the coordination of industrial management control.Develop, implement and lead the industrial planning process (i.e., Budgeting, Forecasting, NPIs), and performance monitoring, necessary for decision-making for the sites and the Group.Requirements: Education: Preferable degree and background in economics or equivalent experience.Professional Skills: Excellent controlling & communication skills. Experience as industrial controller or Product Costing controller. Backgrounds in industry, ideally the food industry. Ability to work in a growing entrepreneurial and international environment.Language Skills: Proficient English.Computer Skills: ERP implementation experience is a plus. Exposure or knowledge of Infor M3 is appreciated.Background: Experience in the industrial sector, knowledge of EIF and FIFO calculation.
