Industrial & Logistics Consultant

Who we are looking for?
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated consultant to support our Industrial & Logistics team at our Corporate Office in Milan.
The ideal candidate should have: University degree preferably in Economics, Law, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, with at least 1 year in the Industrial & Logistics Sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Real estate broker's license is a plus, driving license is required.
What you will be responsible for?
Supporting the team in letting and advisory activities for the industrial and logistics real estate sector (marketing and commercial presentations, market reports, analysis, and building lists).
Identifying opportunities and leads through various means such as cold calling, follow-up calls, scouting, and on-site inspections.
Demonstrating resourcefulness and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Contributing to client engagement and negotiations.
