Mission: Responding directly to the Business Unit HR Director, the Role acts as the point of reference for the entire population of 3 main areas: Plant, Production, Supply Chain, Project Mgmt distributed among several production sites in Italy and the Head Office. He/She will ensure the employee life cycle activities for the population in scope and will promote employee wellness, creating a positive work environment that emphasizes employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall success.
Key Activities: Coordinates and supports the following processes: Employee Relations and HR Operations Manages the Trade Unions relationship of the sites in close coordination with Business Unit HR DirectorEnsures that local HR data are up to date and provides report on Key HR metrics for business evaluationsSupports managers and supervisors in people management topics such as performance management, grievance, and disciplinary proceduresPerformance & Talent Management Coordinates the Performance Management process (procedures, templates, timelines, …)Supports managers in the management of talentsCollects Organization's recruitment needs. Ensures the correct answer to recruitment needs managing the entire selection and recruitment processDrafts employment contracts and negotiates the offer until managers' levelSupports managers in the training needs' analysis to determine local training requirementsRequirements: University Degree HR QualificationFluent written and spoken EnglishAlmost 8 years of experience in Multinational companies (FMCG / Manufacturing preferred)Experience of operating in a continuous process improvement environmentExcellent communication and negotiation capabilityStrong people and project management skills
