Persone con passione e desiderio di andare oltre i confini e guidare l'innovazione, sbloccando al tempo stesso il proprio potenziale.RoleYou will be a key contributor to SiC Technology volume ramp-up in ST as part of the Industrial Engineering team of the new SiC Campus in Catania.Main Activities Of The IE Team Create and maintain the Fab capacity model to be used for production control and Industrial Eng purposes (layout, capacity figures, material routing, etc.)
Provide Line Capacity data for Corporate Planning/Costing systems Monitor Fab performance by KPI management and develop the most efficient strategies to maximize the productivity of people, machines, materials (OEE, Cycle Time Improvement, WIP material management…) Evaluate equipment requirements for Capacity investments Contribute to the automation solutions Work closely with manufacturing planning, production, engineering and quality to achieve output delivery performance and manufacturing efficiencyCompetencesCandidates that best fit this role should have/be:Master or Bachelor's degree ideally in Management Engineering or equivalent with experience in IE activities in manufacturing environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Open mindedness and ability to drive change Strong team working skills Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite/ Be very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Basic knowledge of Project Management principles Skills on Programming languages/Autocad/Data Analysis/Simulations tools is a plus Knowledge of Lean/Agile methods and techniques is a plusThe Employment search is addressed to candidates of both genders, under Law 10.04.1991 n. 125, as amended by Legislative Decree n. 198/2006 which guarantees gender equality at workLavorare in ST significa innovare per un futuro che vogliamo rendere più intelligente, più verde, in modo responsabile e sostenibile.
