Main areas of responsibility
Analysis and Reporting on business results: monthly reporting and analysis including Budget Planning and Forecasting activities of sales, costs, revenues;
Active monitoring of management data from sales, production and operations systems to ensure quality of data and support the local management team to improve performance and processes through variance analysis and other sales, production and operations KPI analyses;
Advise and provide assistance to line management and work closely with other departments in a supporting and advisory capacity through analysis of data and prompt warning about variances;
Support to management in new projects/investments by producing scenario simulations, detailed analyses and costing and benefits for ROI calculations;
Carry out industrial performance analysis;
Profit analysis;
Preparation of reports and presentations for management;
Perform and deliver inventory accounting;
Promote data-driven analysis culture within the organisation;
Profilo del Candidato
Background & Training
Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering Management, Business Administration or Economics
At least 5 years' experience in similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong demonstrable analytical skills with expert knowledge and use of Excel and BI tools (eg. Tableau)
Excellent knowledge of English and/or professional use of Spanish
Experience of using modern ERP systems (eg. Infor M3)
