Reporting to Group Budget & Control Manager as Industrial Controller you will play a crucial role in financial planning and controlling in our manufacturing organisation. Your combination of sharp analytical skills, experience in industry and capacity to influence decision-making complete the profile.
Our Client is an important company with site in Cuneo.
Main areas of responsibilityAnalysis and Reporting on business results: monthly reporting and analysis including Budget Planning and Forecasting activities of sales, costs, revenues;Active monitoring of management data from sales, production and operations systems to ensure quality of data and support the local management team to improve performance and processes through variance analysis and other sales, production and operations KPI analyses;Advise and provide assistance to line management and work closely with other departments in a supporting and advisory capacity through analysis of data and prompt warning about variances;Support to management in new projects/investments by producing scenario simulations, detailed analyses and costing and benefits for ROI calculations;Carry out industrial performance analysis;Profit analysis;Preparation of reports and presentations for management;Perform and deliver inventory accounting;Promote data-driven analysis culture within the organisation;Minimum RequirementsMasters Degree in Industrial Engineering Management, Business Administration or EconomicsAt least 5 years' experience in similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong demonstrable analytical skills with expert knowledge and use of Excel and BI tools (eg. Tableau)Excellent knowledge of English and/or professional use of SpanishExperience of using modern ERP systems (eg. Infor M3)Personal CharacteristicsDetail-oriented, attentive to high quality and accurate work, able to interpret complex dataOrganized and capable of multi-taskingA proactive and dynamic attitude towards the role and the team with ability to leadStrong communication and presentation skillsAble to adapt and be flexible in changing environments
