About the role: The new joiner will report directly to the Industrial Director and will have the opportunity to work in the production area of the maison Montblanc. During this internship experience, you will be introduced to the industrial processes of leather goods promoting the culture of Continuous Improvement. You will have the opportunity to improve the production performance to create new valuable opportunities for the business through data analysis and report management.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You will support the team in the following activities:
Carry out analysis and reports to evaluate AS IS performance and the impact of improvement actions implemented (TO BE); Carry out the principle of problem escalation (Daily Kaizen). Collaborate with all the involved department product development, production, purchasing, quality and industrialization advancement teams to retrieve information, analyse data and find the best solutions together; Mapping processes and creating functional documentation (procedures) to create specific visual dashboards to share daily or monthly results; Set up Dashboards to monitor the entire performance of the industrial area. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE WITH US? Degree in Management Engineering or in a related field is required. Mastery of Excel (Pivot, macro, etc.) and Power Point. Good English level (B1 or upper). You are a problem solver, independent and able to communicate with different stakeholders. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing will be considered as a plus.
