**What we are looking for **Within the indirect procurement team, the procurement specialist will support the definition and implementation of sourcing strategies, enabling operating models and solution to support Amplifon strategy, priorities and must win battle.Responsibilities include the execution of day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring a flawless P2P process, the monitoring of the main KPIs and establishing routines for a continuous improvementHe/she will partnering internal stakeholders to promote alignment and business objectives achievements.
**What you'll need**
**Key responsibilities including but not limited to**:
- Placing, following, managing and controlling of POs in company's ERP system against approved PRs for indirect purchasing
- Collect and analyze spend data for Italy & corporate and for the assigned categories.
- Perform benchmark and cost analysis for the different indirect categories
- Support the planning and implementation of Indirect Procurement initiatives with the defined strategy
- Support project leaders and cross functional teams in the selection and management of the services providers.
- Ensure compliance of indirect procurement processes and work on the P2P flow improvement.
- Build sets of reporting and monitor KPI for the department.
- Spread a strong procurement culture & methods within the country
**Skills/Requirements**:
- Project and Program Management.
- Experience with P2P management system
- Self-starter, energetic and willing to leave a legacy
- High Willingness to learn
- You know how to communicate effectively and interact with working in team.
- Very good written & spoken English is mandatory;
- Excellent problem-solving experience required
- Ability to interact with a large number of stakeholders within all levels of the organization
**Education and Experience**:
- University degree, preferably in Procurement, business or management
- +2 years of procurement/Strategic Sourcing experience in multicultural and complex environments.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and Oracle (Fusion)
