BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB The role will be covered in our headquarter in Milan; The person will gain practical experience in the indirect purchasing sector and learn the dynamics of management and optimization of supplies in a structured and dynamic business environment.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF: - Support in managing the procurement process; - Interaction with suppliers to collect quotes and product information; - Monitoring of deadlines; - Support in the implementation of the Group portal for indirect purchases (SAP ARIBA) - Support and collaboration with vendor manager to manage supplier system qualification - Updating and managing the supplier database and implementing the internal management system; - Support and collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment of company needs; - Support in the analysis of costs and purchasing conditions, with the aim of optimizing processes and reducing costs expenses; - Participation in the management of contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with the agreed clauses.

For this role, we're looking for someone with: - Degree or studies in Economics, Management Engineering, or similar disciplines (students or recent graduates).
- Interest in the purchasing sector, supplier management and negotiations.
- Basic knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for team work.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
