Indirect Procurement Global Buyer

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Global Buyer - IT, IoT & Car Fleet to join our Global Indirect Procurement Team in Haier Europe organization.
What you will do
What you will do:
- Definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed to the optimization of the value for the company,
- Management of the relationship with the internal stakeholders for a proactive definition of operational business needs,
- RFQ management, carrying out scouting of suppliers, communication management, evaluation and negotiation of the offers received,
- Drafting of contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department and relevant Purchase Orders/Contracts management on SAP,
- Identification/Management of both current and new suppliers to strategically optimize the supply base,
- Gather Market Intelligence and trends for the assigned Categories on the overall process,
- Identification of risks to eliminate and proposal of mitigation actions to improve the Purchasing process.
What you need to succeed
Qualifications required:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, or any equivalent background,
- Having maximum 2 years of experience within the Indirect Procurement Department of Global organizations in similar roles (preferably in IT categories),
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English,
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and knowledge of main IT tools (SAP user preferred),
- Critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills, having a strong interest in professional growth within the Procurement organization.
