What you will doWhat you will do:Definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed to the optimization of the value for the company,Management of the relationship with the internal stakeholders for a proactive definition of operational business needs,RFQ management, carrying out scouting of suppliers, communication management, evaluation and negotiation of the offers received,Drafting of contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department and relevant Purchase Orders/Contracts management on SAP,Identification/Management of both current and new suppliers to strategically optimize the supply base,Gather Market Intelligence and trends for the assigned Categories on the overall process,Identification of risks to eliminate and proposal of mitigation actions to improve the Purchasing process.What you need to succeedQualifications required:Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, or any equivalent background,Having maximum 2 years of experience within the Indirect Procurement Department of Global organizations in similar roles (preferably in IT categories),Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English,Proficiency with MS Office suite and knowledge of main IT tools (SAP user preferred),Critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills, having a strong interest in professional growth within the Procurement organization.Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
