The main responsabilities and tasks of the Procurement Operation Team Leader are:
For Region:
- Ensure the procurement global process implementation, and minimise the need of specific processes
- Deploy the tools in accordance with the procurement tool plan (that could include local developments under Value Tower procurement control.
- Take accountability for the global usage of tools by procurement (Eacq, ERPs, BI,...)
- Manage the access rights locally in accordance with the governance rules (global + regional)
- Take accountability for making data available for reportings consolidated by global team.
- Manage the regional Proces & Tools budget and FTE in accordance with MYB under the leadership of Procurement Operation Management
- Contribute to the Value Tower plan, ensure consistancy with procurement tool plan
- Prepare and support local procurement audits and certifications
- Support, train, and coach procurement teams (CB, PPM, SPM, TB), on processes and tools
- Support the execution to the test for new tools release
- implement Procurement BI solution and usages
In GBU
- Part of the global organisation with double reporting
- Prime contact for GBU at worlwide level
- Ensure that reporting done globally is adapded to GBU needs and well used by PPM & BL leaders.
- Train and coach PPMs
- Reinforce the usage of Eacq as a collaborative tool
- Implement procurement BI solution and usages
As an expert
- Build the 3 years plan for tools in accordance with procurement operational needs and demonstrated added value
- Manage procurement tools projects and warranty the budget in accordance with MYB
- Manage Eacq evolutions (new release, training, deployment) in accordance with users needs and data integrity
- Manage Procurement BI in accordance with requirements provided by « Supplier Data Factory »
- Define and deploy e-procurement tools (Blueshop, Market place, P cards, Buying agency) in collaboration with the categories
- Bring expertise to procurement community in the usage of tools, including training and local support
- Prepare and animate the Procurement Value Tower (VTOC and VTEC).
- Warranty the quality of the Supplier Data Factory
- Manage the global process efficiency and the governance
