In order to strengthen our Purchasing Team, we are looking for an Indirect Buyer, based in Maranello (Italy).
Responsibilities: Perform requests for quotation;Conduct negotiations and technical reviews;Prepare and present sourcing recommendations to obtain sourcing approval;Manage supplier development & performance (KPI).You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and suppliers for dispute resolution and claims management; you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement actions and developing new commodity strategy.
Qualifications: In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, and have at least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing. Ideally, you have gained experience in other Automotive Companies or in high-tech, innovative, or engineering sectors. In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills (such as the ability to listen and understand supplier cost drivers). Fluent English is required for the position.
