In order to strengthen our Purchasing Team, we are looking for an Indirect Buyer, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, your mission will be to manage supplier contracts, orders, and services tender.
You will be responsible for:
Performing requests for quotation;Negotiations and technical reviews;Preparing and presenting sourcing recommendations to obtain sourcing approval;Supplier development & performance management (KPI).You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and suppliers for dispute resolution and claims management; you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement actions and developing new commodity strategy.
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, and you have at least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing.
Ideally, you have gained experience in other Automotive Companies or in high-tech, innovative, or engineering sectors. In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills (such as the ability to listen and understand supplier cost drivers).
