Responsibilities
Overseeing incident management process and team members involved in resolving incidents. Manage every aspect of the incident starting with its assessment and leading up to its resolution. Lead recurring meetings to keep relevant parties updated on the status of the incidents. Respond to a reported incident, identify the cause and initiate the incident management process accordingly with the group best practice and SLA. Communicate with top management if major issues are identified. Develop and maintain incident processes and procedures related documentation. Document incident details, causes, and resolution actions. Skills
Previous experience in incident management and service management. Knowledge of IT service management software (e.g., ITIL). Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
