The Zegna In Store Personalization Specialist is responsible for promoting and expanding the MTM and Personalization business both in-store and within the city. They manage VIP clients, ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey, and organize MTM appointments with a focus on the selling ceremony. The Specialist has expertise in personalization, including leathers and uber luxury fabrics, and trains the team on various MTM offerings. Additionally, they monitor sales data, maintain accurate records, and propose strategies to drive business growth and improve performance.
What makes up your day
Promote MTM products and Personalization services. Organize and attend the MTM appointments during the season, with particular attention to the MTM selling ceremony. Manage the VIP Clients, and act concrete problem-solving activities to satisfy customer needs. Development of client relationships with focus on VIP clients. Identify and oversee the guest journey from ready-to-wear proposals to personalization program. Have a full understanding of the personalization program with expertise in leathers, skins, and uber luxury fabrics. Grow teams knowledge and understanding of all personalization offerings including luxury leisurewear, luxury tailoring, and made-to-order options. Ensure the correct data entry and needed checks. Analyse and monitor the MTM sales data for the shop/city. Propose development actions for the MTM business improvement. What makes you, makes our team
