Position title: In-store Account Manager Reports to: National Account Manager

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell As an In-Store Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales in the retail channel in Lombardy and Piedmont regions.
You will be part of a sales team of 18 people (agents included), working with brands like MAPA, Spontex, PaperMate, Sharpie and others.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities: Manage points of sale and negotiate secondary contributions.Ensure product presence on shelves and compliance with promotions.Develop and maintain the agreed product assortment.Monitor competitor activities, including product presence and pricing.Implement promotional areas and position point-of-purchase (POP) materials.Process orders for direct delivery.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Utilise SAP, Bibo and Salesforce for tracking and reporting.What You'll Need Minimum: Experience in sales, preferably in retail channel.University degree or high school diploma.Fluent Italian and communicative English (written & spoken).Driving license and willingness to travel 90% of time.Your Advantage: Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Team player with proactive approach to tasks.What You Gain Newell Brands has a strong footprint in the EMEA region, with several thousand employees spread over many corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
