Storm Guard Roofing & Construction, based in Madison, specializes in local residential exterior replacements including roofing, siding, windows, gutters and painting.

This is a full time, in-field role as a Construction Sr. Project Leader in our Madison, WI location. As a Sr. Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing residential roofing, siding and window projects to ensure a great customer experience and great quality with our team of installation crews. Must be a great communicator and leader responsible for leading our in-field teams to be the best in the industry.

Qualifications:
Construction management experience Experience in conducting inspections, ensuring compliance Strong communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Abilityto work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Benefits:
