Tasks As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for developing the digital strategy and IT enterprise architecture for the entire enercity Netz GmbH.
Your tasks include assessing the current status, taking into account the overall architecture (enterprise / solution architecture).
You will create IT target development plans and transformation plans to optimize and adapt the IT landscape together with the solution architects of the responsible IT department.
You are responsible for coordinating the enercity architecture specifications and standards within the team and ensuring compliance with them.
You create decision templates including implementation recommendations for investment in technologies in accordance with the IT target development plan.
You ensure technical integrity, consistency and conformity of the solutions according to technical aspects and enercity architecture specifications.
You work with other IT departments and teams to ensure that the IT system architecture meets the requirements of the company as well as IT and information security.
You are also the central point of contact for specialist departments with regard to IT requirements and are involved in key strategic implementation projects.
You use creative approaches to advise the specialist departments on how to integrate innovative applications and digital trends into the architecture and IT structure and ensure the technical feasibility of new requirements.
Requirements You have a Master's degree or an equivalent degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics or another IT-related course of study.
You have several years of professional experience as an architect, IT consultant, developer or technical project manager in complex, heterogeneous IT landscapes.
Certification in the architecture environment is an advantage.
In addition, you have expertise in planning, designing and optimizing enterprise architectures at application, information or business level as well as knowledge in the application of architecture methods and frameworks.
You will also have experience in business process analysis, preferably in the energy industry.
