231, SOX, 262 and anti-bribery compliance engagements;integrated compliance;internal auditing;evaluating and designing internal control systems;studying industrial sector legislation and its applications and implications on processes and procedures.Sustainability:definition of strategies and strategic sustainability and shared value plans;development of governance and organisational models to support the corporate transformation process;sustainability risk identification and assessment (ESG risks);socially responsible investments, sustainable finance and ESG ratings;sustainable finance: development of solutions for our clients in the financial sector to align policies and portfolios with climate and ESG objectives;sustainability reporting systems: preparing sustainability reports/integrated reporting, defining specific reporting (e.g., TCFD framework) and filling out sustainability questionnaires (from investors and customers);development of circular economy and LCA initiatives;supply chain management (definition of policies, assessment models, HSE audits, etc.
);development of socio-environmental impact assessment models.Climate change:preparation of decarbonisation strategies ("transition plan") and carbon inventory;definition of scenario analyses on climate change through the use of tools/research about internationally-recognised scenarios (e.g., IPCC, etc.
