We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Import/Export Specialist to join our team.
As part of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a crucial role in our global operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the import and export of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery and clearance of shipments.
Monitor changes in international trade regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines, ensuring the company's operations remain compliant.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align import-export activities with business goals.
Manage and optimize logistics and transportation processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Address and resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, or documentation discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all import-export transactions and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in import-export operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and pharmaceutical compliance standards (e.g., GMP, GDP).
Proficiency in logistics management systems and trade compliance software is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Meticulously dedicated to maintaining a standard of excellence.
Proficiency in English; familiarity with additional languages is advantageous.
