Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and running international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Handling import and export documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve best shipping methods and routes.Monitoring and ensuring adherence to all international trade regulations and company policies.Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external collaborators.Handling customs clearance processes and resolving any related issues.Tracking shipments and updating relevant parties on the status.Conducting regular reviews of shipping processes and implementing improvements for greater efficiency.Negotiating rates with freight forwarders and other logistics providers.Preparing and analyzing transportation metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.Required QualificationsTo efficiently implement the responsibilities of this role, you must have:Shown experience in import/export operations, preferably within the transportation/shipping industry.A strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.Outstanding social skills and meticulous attention to detail.The ability to closely adhere to deadlines and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.A degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.Proficiency in English and Italian.#J-18808-Ljbffr
