**Position Summary: The Role**
The product specialist (PS) is required to have excellent knowledge about the products and work with business units to ensure an excellent execution of the plans.
Product specialists perform product demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders and assist in their promotions and product releases.
To gain increased revenue, product specialists must be able to identify new market opportunities.
The PS must also provide reports about their product-related activities to the management.
The Product Specialist is customer satisfaction driven.
This role commits to providing our customers and sales force with rapid response, technical expertise, and exceptional product functionality and reliability.
**Responsibilities of the Position**
Product Knowledge
- The PS should be able to answer questions about the product who represent, including how it works, what it does and why customers would want to buy it.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products based on knowledge of products and brand offering
- Keeping up to date on product knowledge and market dynamics
- Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
- Conduct product and sales trainings
- Assist in new product launches activities
- Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and other promotional activities
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
Support to Sales force
- Providing technical and commercial trainings on products to internal staff, sales force including new hires and when appropriate to ensure a proper knowledge of products/solutions
- Support the definition and implementation of promotional plans in synergy with Sales and Sales Operations
- Training & Education
- Supporting the annual T&E activity program
- Liaison with top customers and KOLs
- Product Support and participation in congresses and local, national or international events

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Experience of working closely with large sales forces in medical devices/dental marketplace
- Good analytical skills - evidence of 'closing the loop' and measuring success of business initiatives and project management
- Good written and Oral communication skills
- Ability to assimilate complex market data with qualitative inputs to arrive at fact-based, informed decisions
- Ability to network and form strong business relationships with influential key opinion leaders and with internal stakeholders
- University degree in Bio-Engineering or Business related disciplines
- MS Office knowledge
- Language: fluent in English
- Travelling is required up to 70%
