Purpose of the job: Manage cargo entry and exit records.
Check the correctness and completeness of the documentation provided by the carrier Solving of troubles related to truck visits Implementation of various administrative processes Manage and archive transit and dangerous goods documentation Capturing key operating data into the terminal's IT systems Perform other duties as assigned by the shift leader Comply with all the safety and security rules and regulations lead by example Handling of customs issues Support the department and business unit where required Follow the corporate authority matrix, contract policies and compliance guidelines Actively report and suggest improvement opportunities to direct manager.
