Purpose of the job: Vessel / train scheduling management Yard management (movement planning, allocation, inventory) Transmitting operational instructions to operational departments Coordination between ship / train operations and the yard Timely communication and coordination between the yard, gate and external third parties (e.g., Port Authority, agencies, ships, pilots) Managing external traffic flows for ro-ro Managing correspondence with external parties (agencies, customs, etc.)
Managing documents (ro-ro, container, trains) Managing disembarkation / embarkation lists, ship and train lists, unit blocking or release notices Managing requests for ancillary services (e.g., customs visits, VGM) Data processing for correct customer invoicing Requirements: Previous experience in vessel / train / yard planning (preferred) Previous experience in shipping agencies and / or in port sector (preferred) Fluent written and oral English (other languages are a plus) Good Excel knowledge Wilingness to work shifts (including night shifts and weekends) and flexible hours Ability to work under pressure Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a team Driving license (B) vetrinabakeca
