Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Support the Italian and wider global team by carrying out technical tasks as required;Be an active part of our audit team in Italy and abroad;Review and interpret EU and Italian environmental regulations;Support with the preparation of reports in Italian and English;Support with the application for major and minor permits;Meet project deadlines as indicated by the Project Manager.Your starting point for constant growth
For this role, we believe your starting point is:
Candidates should have a Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering or similar;Measurable work experience either in industry or consultancy;Impact Assessment procedures and other relevant Environmental Permit procedures (e.g. IPPC authorizations, landscape authorizations, VinCA, off-shore permitting);Ideally proficient user of ArcGIS;Experience of field work and data analysis;Previous experience of adopting and applying national and international environmental regulation such as Decree 152/06 and EID Directive;Capable of producing clear and concise written documents in Italian language (mother tongue);Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: highly organized and able to work efficiently and effectively to deadlines on designated tasks; demonstrated attention to details and a high level of accuracy; academic rigor; self-motivated, reliable and dedicated individual.
