Carry out the analyzes necessary for stability studies and guarantee all the operations necessary for the correct carrying out of the laboratory routine, including maintenance aimed at keeping the laboratory instrumentation updated and functioning correctly.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesGuarantees the maintenance of analysis execution times in compliance with Quality Procedures and applying GMP, interacting with other laboratories/units.Uses laboratory instruments and carries out immunometric analyzes according to specific internal procedures.Reports the results of the work in writing and evaluates the analytical data to propose corrective actions.Ensures the correct management of documentation relating to the relevant activities.In agreement with his manager, carries out all laboratory activities and contributes to the development of new preparation/control methods.Collaborates in monitoring the correct functioning of the control instrumentation.Collaborates in the definition and testing phase of new raw materials/technological product and process innovations.Manages non-compliance, OOS (out of standard), RFC (Request for Change), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), where required.Collaborates in the generation of laboratory KPIs.Collaborates in maintaining safety in your work area.Education, Experience, and QualificationsHigh school diploma in chemical-biological-technical field, degree in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques, CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent qualification.Experience in the role, preferably in the Medical Device sector or in hospital laboratories.Good knowledge of the principles of immunochemistry and the main analytical techniques.Knowledge of basic statistical concepts.Excellent knowledge of the Office package.Good written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures.Ability to detect deviations and causes.Good English knowledge.Diasorin is an equal opportunity employer.
