Job Overview It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: Scope and Purpose You will be part of a team involved in domestic and international deals across industries within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division.
Main Activities Structuring and negotiating debt transactions for credit exposures in Stage 2 according to IFRS9.
Drive the preparation of customized proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients for deals within turnaround in-bonis.
Oversee financial modeling, cash flow analysis, term sheet development, and credit application for the Credit Department.
Work with credit professionals, financial/industrial advisors, and lawyers on the negotiation of transaction documentation.
Drive internal approval processes in coordination with various internal stakeholders.
Experience Required Preferable previous experience in: Banks (Investment Banking/Credit Department/Special Situations and Turnaround in-bonis) Big4 in Transaction/Deals/Debt Restructuring or Top Accounting Firms in similar roles Top Advisory Firms in Debt Restructuring.
Skills and Competences Required Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior client management and senior members of the bank.
Ability to work well in a demanding environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines; highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage processes efficiently.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills necessary.
Significant interaction with clients at a senior level.
Superior Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Fluency in English; a second foreign language is a plus.
MSc or master's degree from international universities.
Able to demonstrate the relevant level of work experience within Investment Banking or Credit Department.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and help develop client solutions.
Ability to work as a team player interacting with a variety of deal members within a bank.
A background within Accounting Firms, Investment Banking, or Credit Departments will be well considered.
Knowledge of equity capital markets, debt capital markets, High Yield, Subordinated Debt, and Private Placements products is a plus.
