It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: Assist the manager of the Credit Dept in the completion of his duties.
Preparation of credit proposals, including analysis of business, sector, country, financial and structural risks, for approval by the relevant internal authority.
Presentation of credit proposals to the Credit Committee (as appropriate).
Preparation/review and administration of legal documentation.
Liaison with other departments within the Bank on new asset origination and credit transactions.
Preparation of periodical credit reviews, amendment/waiver requests for existing transactions.
Liaison with other market counterparties and ISP Group on all credit-related matters.
Establishment, amendment and maintenance of customer lines of credit in the accounting system.
Required Experience 0-3 years (previous credit analysis experience would be an advantage) Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Third Level Qualification with Business / Financial background (possibly CFA registration).
Knowledge of financial statements (including IFRS accounting) and established analytical skills within a credit lending environment.
Good communication and presentation skills (for participation in Credit Committee meetings).
Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential.
Full comprehension of financial statements and annual reports.
Excellent written comprehension and communication skills.
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Knowledge of written and spoken Italian would be an advantage.
