It is looking for qualified profiles who want to face a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: Support the bank's structures in the management and development of new projects, organizational models, and requirements in order to promote the evolution, change, and overall efficiency of the bank, coordinating with the relevant structures of the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division.
Main Activities: Project management activities in priority and strategic projects for the Bank Analysis and mapping of existing processes Process re-engineering with a view to digitalization Support to the implementation of workflow solutions Analysis of the design and sizing of organizational structures Organizational analysis for adaptation to internal and external regulatory changes Required Experience Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Science and Technology Good knowledge of English and/or French and Italian Familiarity with designing and proposing organizational improvements Experience in coordinating phases of analysis and implementation with the various facilities involved Good PC skills, especially in MS Excel (VBA) and Access Analytical and project management skills Strong knowledge of banking business and products/services Ability to work autonomously on assigned objectives Experience in PMO and Project Management Planning and management control skills Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders Organizational analysis and position weighing methodologies Everyone is an asset for our Group, and that person could be you!
