It is looking for qualified profiles who want to pursue a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing credit data and financial information to assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers within a diversified corporate client portfolio.
Main activities: Support the Credit Department team in the decision-making process related to customer credit applications in compliance with internal and external regulations.
Examine corporate information and financial transactions, analyze and evaluate corporate financial data by developing internal financial models.
Prepare and analyze financial projections, including cash-flow and profitability vulnerability, via ratio analysis and/or stress testing.
Assess the dynamics and nature of the client's industry, including key risk aspects and the client's competitive positioning.
Discuss management strength, experience, track record, and corporate governance.
Perform a client's strategy assessment and associated execution risks.
Evaluate funding strategy, financial policy, treasury activity (hedging, cash management), and liquidity.
Assess other pertinent risk aspects, including country risk and governmental linkage/support.
Contribute to the development, improvement, and implementation of best practices, guidelines, and procedures.
Prepare credit applications to be submitted to the decision-making bodies within the credit granting process.
Interact with all functions involved in the credit granting process and liaise with relevant stakeholders of business units of the Bank and the Group for credit-related matters.
Required Experience Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in the same role.
Work experience in finance or credit analysis in banks.
Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and developing financial models.
Proficiency in reading and analyzing financial statements.
General knowledge of international business and financial products, Finance, Accounting.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Italian would be a plus.
