IMI CIB - Equity Financing - Business Director Scope and Purpose Beyond the activities already underway, the requested person will help the team to expand and improve its presence in the equity financing market by working on products, processes, and infrastructure aimed at optimizing the funding cost of equity inventories.
At least a 10/15-year experience in these topics is required.
Skills Required Strong knowledge of the securities lending market, with specific focus on the full range of financing solutions (TRS, repo, collateral exchange, triparty funding facilities, etc).
Good coverage of equity capital markets and equity derivatives.
Knowledge of banking regulations, financial regulatory reporting (SFTR, MMSR), and liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR).
Strong financial, analytical, and IT skills, with attention to detail.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
