It is looking for qualified profiles who want to pursue a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: Scope and Purpose Support the Coverage team in originating, developing, and managing customer relationships assigned to their portfolio and developing relationships with prospective clients. Ensure that all administrative tasks in support of International Desk activity are properly carried out, including writing call reports and commercial notes of credit proposals in French. Provide credit analysis on existing and prospective clients to support credit proposals. Support the Coverage team in achieving profitability, commercial, and risk objectives set for customers in their portfolio, including all cross-selling initiatives involving other entities of ISP Group. Support the Coverage team in evaluating the operating and economic performance of customers in their portfolio and activating corrective actions when necessary. Carry out interrelated administrative and lending activities, including KYC and onboarding processes. Interact with other Departments within the Bank (Operations, Treasury, GBT, Risk Management, Legal, Audit) and with other entities of ISP Group regarding transactions involving customers assigned to the portfolio. Support project activities within the Corporate Desk / Eu Hub. Required Experience At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry. Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge College degree, possibly with specialization in business administration or finance. Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written; knowledge of Italian is a plus. Superior knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Ability to identify client needs and address them with targeted solutions. Teamwork-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in an international and dynamic environment. Good interpersonal and relationship skills. Business and results-oriented. Organization, planning, reporting, and communication competencies. Willingness to travel and spend working time out of the office to meet with clients. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results within deadlines. Familiarity with relevant French banking regulations. Good knowledge of banking products, especially in syndicated loans, trade, and structured export finance areas. Strong fundamentals in economics and credit analysis. Able to arrange and perform meetings with existing and prospective clients.
