It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: Scope and Purpose Support the Global Relationship Managers in developing and managing customer relationships. Support the GRMs in the qualitative analysis that supports Investment Banking/Structured Finance during the origination phase and in carrying out administrative activities in support of customer management. Support the GRMs in evaluating the operational trend and economic performance of customers and in implementing the necessary corrective measures. Support the GRMs by carrying out the related administrative and credit activities and handling the tasks related to the preliminary assessment of credit applications. Support the GRMs in achieving the profitability, sales, and risk objectives of customers, participating in the preparation of the plans and the offer to the customers of competence. Interact operationally with the Network's relationship structures in Italy and abroad for the customers of competence. Ensure the quality of the work performed and adherence to deadlines by actively intervening in urgent transactions. Ensure that customers are properly managed by guaranteeing compliance with operational processes and company regulations. Support origination and client relationship activities (data collection, data processing, perform KYC, economic and financial data analysis, benchmarking analysis and modelling), and handle client interactions in coordination with the GRMs & RMs. Required Experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Knowledge of banking is required. 1-3 years of experience in the position with an international bank or one of the large Middle East banks, exposure to the region would be preferable. Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, international management. Master's Degree preferred. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Working knowledge of CIB products and services, with a particular understanding of commercial banking and financial institutions. Good credit risk analysis and research skills. Good commercial skills, with preferred experience in coverage of clients. English proficiency; Italian language preferred. Team player and result-oriented. Mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of credit risk analysis and modelling. Good presentation skills. Commercial attitude and negotiating skills. Operational and legal knowledge of corporate banking products and services. Knowledge of the financial markets and the ability to understand their trends and patterns. Understanding of KYC/Compliance/AML regulations.
