The Role:
The Image, Marketing & Communication Director plays a key role in the definition of the Maison's International Marketing strategy and its execution to further grow brand awareness, strengthen the creations' visibility and desirability, and ultimately position Serapian as the most exclusive and authentic leather Maison of Milan to reach ambitious sales ambitions. He/She will contribute to enhance the Maison's image and marketing strategies' ROI to support the Maison's performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Definition and implementation of the Maison International 360° Marketing & Communication strategy: visual identity, advertising, PR tools, visual merchandising, catalogues and E-Influencers. Campaign assets creation & implementation with partners (Agencies, photographers, Media Groups). Marketing campaigns 360° orchestrations and activations. Building strong Media and Influencers' relationships, both offline and online, and animation of these communities, as a true Serapian Ambassador. Management of the Maison Media buying strategy in collaboration with the Omnichannel Manager, and coordination with Richemont Media Agency. Responsible for the elaboration, negotiation and follow-up of the PR and Communication Budget, ensuring best ROI (Expenses, Invoicing, Payments) to maximize revenue growth. Analysis and measurement of the brand Communication & PR strategy performance (Editorial performance, awareness & image analysis). Communication strategy coordination with local markets: Japan & Middle East. Profile:
This challenging position requires highly motivated individuals. You must have/be the following:
Image / Communication background: worked in Image / Art Direction / Communication for at least 8 years. Master's Degree or equivalent in Marketing/Communication. Experience in the luxury/Fashion/Design/Art business. Solid ability to extract meaningful insights from internal and external data and to build an effective communication strategy based on them. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to think outside the box and overcome challenges. Extensive experience in calculating ROI of marketing and branding initiatives, keen to strike the right balance between impact and profitability. Supportive and motivational team player, able to inspire the team in delivering exceptional results. International background preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent written and oral Italian and English skills. Working Language is English. Richemont #Revealtheexceptional
