DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing projects to introduce new digital systems and improve existing systems to support logistics and production processes Coordination with Business for needs management and requirements gathering Management of technical suppliers Maintenance management of existing systems and resolution of application issues User training PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in computer science/management Good knowledge of English and Italian language Experience in IT project management at consulting firms or medium to large companies Strong resourcefulness Curiosity and eagerness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills Problem solving EXPERIENCE Experience of at least 5 years in IT project management with particular focus on Supply chain area, related to information systems supporting the following processes: demand planning, warehouse management, external logistics management, production management, finite capacity scheduling, maintenance management Expertise in industry 4.0 and industrial AI projects In-depth knowledge of ERP, WMS, MRP and MES modules in the area of Logistic & Plant Sage X3 ERP knowledge preferred EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY In Davines Group we celebrate diversity, and inclusiveness is a crucial pillar of our Ethical Chart.
