Accountabilities Management of the Incident and requestsProvide support to the Business for the demandSupport the Infrastructure and Operation teamFollow the indication of the head of Infrastructure and service for the Vehicle BUApply the IT standards of the Rail Group to the infrastructureSupport Cyber Security in daily OperationsSupport End Users directly or by the Outsourcer teamRequired Skills/Knowledge Hard Skills Experience in supporting users in Microsoft client/server environmentsBasic knowledge of the main Microsoft on-premise server technologies (SharePoint, IIS, Active Directory, Certification Authority)Good knowledge of Office 365 suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive)Good knowledge of Computer roll-out and related software installationBasic knowledge of Microsoft MECM (creating software distribution packages)Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory management (account provisioning, group membership, policy management)Basic knowledge of DNS and DHCPBasic knowledge of network devices setupBasic knowledge of video devices with Cisco technologyMedium knowledge of MDM systems (Airwatch / Workspace ONE)Advanced knowledge and experience in the use of ticketing systems (Service Now)Basic knowledge of VPN and Proxy solutionsAdvanced troubleshooting capabilitySoft Skills Good communication and interpersonal skillsAutonomy in taking charge and delivering macro and micro activities (simple administrative tasks and projects)Availability for business trips and extra hoursGood knowledge of English language (at least B1)Education/Qualifications Languages Fluent knowledge of English (written & spoken) at least level B1.
