We are looking for an
**ICT HR BUSINESS PARTNER**
**Posizione**:
- You will join Domestic HR Team and report directly to HR Manager you will work closely with Leadership team of ICT Department to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in all the activities related to employee lifecycle management.
In particular you will support the HR Manager in administrative tasks, onboarding and induction procedures, learning and development activities, performance management, salary review and recruiting processes;
- As HR Business Partner, you will have the responsibility of managing the employee population across our offices in Rome, Naples, and Palermo.
this includes overseeing HR operations, providing support, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across these locations.
Your role will involve collaborating with local managers and teams to address employee needs, promote a positive work culture, and drive organizational success.
**Requisiti**:
- You have at least 5-7 years of experience in HR roles within structured contexts in ICT consulting companies;
- You have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field;
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft O365;
- You are proactive, flexible, and innovative;
- You have a strong ability to manage people and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
You can collaborate with technical professionals, understand their unique challenges, and provide tailored HR solutions to support their growth and development;
- You are available and flexible to undertake short domestic business trips as required for meetings, trainings, or other HR-related activities.
